These undated notes were taken from JPL_4 bimonthly conference reports from 1944 to 1947. The RAFT (Rocket Airfoil Tester) consisted of an airfoil, measuring gages, and telemetering system mounted in the nose of a HVAR missile. The RAFT'S fired in April and October 1945 proved unsatisfactory, and the project was temporarily dropped. It was later resumed and modified RAFT components were successfully tested in the WAC CORPORAL firings of December 1946 and February 1947.
